Our Early-out workflows are fully customizable by client. We contact guarantors through a series of carefully written letters/statements and point-specific telephone conversations. All Annuity Health activity is done on behalf of the provider and is fully transparent to the guarantor. Each client's specific policies are online through our Enhance technology which automatically “pop-up” directly in front of our representatives when communicating with the guarantors. This communication is efficient and seamless and allows our team to maximize cash collections while ensuring excellent customer service.
